中欧美钢筋混凝土筒仓规范对比研究 被引量:12

Comparative Study on Steel Concrete Silos Among Chinese, European and American Code

摘要 分析了中国、欧洲和美国的钢筋混凝土筒仓规范在各自规范体系、适用范围、适用对象、贮料物理特性以及贮料压力计算的异同。研究表明:3种规范基本理论和静态压力计算均基于杨森(Janssen)静态压力理论,而贮料物理特性及动态压力放大系数等存在差别。在中心进出粮工况下,欧标的水平压力和竖向压力均最小,仓壁单位周长上总摩擦力最大;美标水平压力和竖向压力均较大;国标除水平压力外,竖向压力和摩擦力均相对较小。 The system, the scope and objects applied, the physical properties of stored materials of Chinese, European and American code on concrete silos were analyzed, and their similarities and differences among the three codes were compared. The results showed that the physical properties of stored materials and behavior pressure ratio were different based on the basic theory and pressures computed by Janssen in the three codes. Among the three codes, the horizontal pressure and vertical pressure of EN1991-4 was the smallest;the vertical frictional force on wall of EN1991-4 was the largest;the horizontal pressure and vertical pressure of ACI 313-97 was the largest;the vertical pressure and vertical frictional force on wall of GB50077-2003 was the smallest on the symmetrical filling and discharge load situation.
