中小企业跨国经营中国际结算模式的国际经验与对策研究——以福建自贸区为例

International Experience and Countermeasures of International Settlement Mode in Multinational Management of SMES——A Case Study of Fujian Free Trade Zone

为了缩减企业结算成本,降低企业在国际贸易中的金融风险,以福建自贸区的中小型跨国企业为例,介绍了中小型企业国际结算模式的背景与现状,阐述了中小型企业国际贸易结算模式的发展趋势,说明了汇付、托收和信用证三种基本国际结算模式的优缺点,并根据三种基本国际结算模式的联合应用分析,总结了中小型企业在面对复杂多变的国际贸易环境时,选择适合企业自身发展的国际结算模式的必要性及相关对策。

In order to cut corporate settlement costs down and reduce the financial risks of companies in international trade, this paper takes the small and medium-sized multinational enterprises (SMEs) in the Fujian Free Trade Zone as an example to introduce the background and status quo of the international settlement model for small and medium-sized enterprises and expounds the development trend of the settlement model for international trade of SMEs. Then, this paper illustrates the advantages and disadvantages of the three basic international settlement models: remittance, collection and letter of credit. Based on the joint application analysis of the three basic international settlement models, this paper summarizes the necessity and related countermeasures for the selection of an international settlement model suitable for the development of the company in the face of a complex and volatile international trading environment.
