大学生青春健康同伴教育现状调查 被引量:6

A survey on the current status of youth health peer education among college students

摘要 目的了解大学生青春健康教育的现状,为高校开展青春健康教育提供参考。方法采用随机抽样方法,选取广州某高校大一、大二及大三年级学生作为研究对象并进行问卷调查。结果 23人(6.22%)从未接受过青春健康教育,347人(93.78%)接受过青春健康教育。301人(81.35%)认为高校需要开展青春健康同伴教育,320人(86.49%)对青春健康同伴教育表示满意。246人(66.49%)表示对避孕与流产知识有需求,233人(62.97%)表示对人体相关知识有需求,201人(54.32%)表示对生殖健康知识有需求,118人(31.89%)表示对爱情观教育有需求,117人(31.62%)表示对性知识有需求,仅77人(20.81%)表示对艾滋病知识有需求。同时,不同性别大学生对人工流产知识、两性健康知识、避孕方式、婚前性行为的影响等知识的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),想了解以上知识的女生人数比例均高于男生。此外,不同年级大学生对避孕方式、婚前性行为的影响等知识的需求差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中大一年级学生想要了解避孕方式的人数比例最高(51.35%),大二年级学生想了解婚前性行为的影响的人数比例最高(50.40%)。在大学生希望获取青春健康知识的途径一题中,301人(81.35%)选择了同伴教育,212人(57.30%)选择了宣传片或微电影,191人(51.62%)选择了公众号或网络平台。结论高校需要进一步加强青春健康教育,尤其是针对女大学生及低年级大学生。同时高校应创新青春健康教育模式,如运用新媒体辅以同伴教育的方式进行青春健康教育,以提高大学生青春健康教育的效果。 Objective To investigate the current status of youth health education among college students,so as to provide reference for such an education in colleges and universities.Methods Based on the method of random sampling,freshmen,sophomores and juniors from a college in Guangzhou participated in this questionnaire survey.Results It was found that 23 respondents (6.22%) had never received youth health education,while 347 (93.78%) had received such an education.301 (81.35%) believed that “universities should provide youth health peer education”,320 (86.49%) was satisfied with the youth health peer education provided.246 (66.49%),233 (62.97%),201 (54.32%),118 (31.89%),117 (31.62%),and 77 (20.81%) respondents reported their demands for knowledge about contraception and abortion,human body-related knowledge,reproductive health knowledge,concept of love education,sex knowledge,and AIDS-related knowledge,respectively.Meanwhile,compared with boys,significantly more girls reported their demands for knowledge about induced abortion,sexual health,contraceptive measures,and the effect of premarital sex (P<0.05).Besides,the demands of knowledag about contraceptive measures,and the effect of premarital sex also varied significantly with grade (P<0.05);freshmen had the highest demand for knowledge about contraceptive measures (51.35%),while sophomores had the highest demand for the effect of premarital sex (50.40%).As for the favorable approaches of acquiring youth health knowledge,301 respondents (81.35%) chose peer education,212 (57.30%) chose propaganda film or micro-film,191 (51.62%) chose Wechat public account or network platform.Conclusion It is important for universities and colleges to strengthen youth health education,especially for female students and those of lower grades.Novel education modes,such as new media combined with peer education,may help to improve the effectiveness of youth health education among college students.
