摘要
对低压锅炉在不同给水温度下,添加除氧剂进行化学除氧开展了实验研究,考察了除氧器温度、锅炉排烟温度、省煤器出水温度、氧含量、除氧成本等指标,结果表明,化学除氧可完全替代蒸汽热力除氧,可有效降低给水温度和氧含量,提高锅炉烟气热利用率,降低除氧成本45%以上,达到节能降耗的目的。
This paper carries out experimental research on chemical deoxygenation by adding deoxidant for low pressure boiler under different feed temperature,examines the indices such as the deaerator temperature,boiler exhaust temperature,temperature and oxygen content of water from the economizer and deoxygenization cost.The results show that chemical deoxygenization can completely replace steam thermal deoxygenization,effectively reduce the feed water temperature and oxygen content,improve the heat utilization efficiency of boiler flue gas,reduce the oxygen cost by more than 45%and achieve the goal of saving energy and reducing consumption.
