摘要
为配合科技开发课题现场试验,在原合成氨装置上设计了一套钌基合成氨催化剂侧线试验装置,在充分考虑合成氨反应的特点后,结合原装置工艺流程,阐述了对入口气取出位置与产品及循环气、弛放气去向的设计思路,确定了一套对主装置影响小、改造工程量小、能耗低的设计方案。
In order to support the site test of science and technology development project,we designed a set of side-line test plant of ruthenium-based ammonia catalyst.This paper,after giving full consideration to the characteristics of the ammonia reaction and combing the process flow of the original plant,elaborates the idea for the designing of the inlet gas taking-out position and the route of the product,cycling gas and purge gas,and determines the design scheme,which is characterized by slight influence to the main plant,small workload of rectification and low energy consumption.
