摘要
针对解吸水解系统负荷低的问题,根据运行情况分析检修处理结果可知,主要原因是由于第一解吸塔塔盘筛板结垢及筛孔变小所致。根据实际情况,查找结垢原因,制定相应的防范措施。清理塔盘后,解吸水解系统运行正常,且能满足105%负荷运行。
The operation analysis after maintenance shows the problem of low load of desorption hydrolysis system is caused mainly by scaling of the first desorber tray sieve plate and diminishing of sieve pore.Based on the actual situation,the cause of scaling is found out and corresponding preventive measures are formulated.After cleaning the tray,the desorption hydrolysis system runs normally and can meet 105%load.
