摘要
EPC总承包模式作为石油化工项目的新模式,能够充分发挥设计的主导作用,实现设计和施工的紧密结合,其项目管理的主要任务是进度控制、费用控制、质量控制和HSE控制,以实施项目预定目标,较好实现建设单位对控制工程质量、缩短工程建设周期和降低工程投资的需要。以EPC工程总承包模式为研究对象,对EPC工程总承包模式的管理特点进行了深入分析,并从工程设计、工程采购、工程施工三方面对具体管理内容进行阐述,且提出了一些建议。
EPC model,as a new model of contracting petrochemical projects,can give full play to the guiding role of engineering design and realize the close combination of design and construction of the project.Its main tasks are schedule control,cost control,quality control and HSE control so as to achieve the scheduled project goals and meet the requirements of the construction unit for project quality control,construction period shortening and investment reduction.Taking EPC model as the research object,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the management characteristics of EPC model,and expounds the specific management from three aspects of engineering design,procurement and construction,and puts forward some suggestions.
