摘要
目的:探讨在急性脑出血(Intracranial hemorrhage,ICH)患者中联合检测血浆N-端脑钠肽前体(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)和超敏C反应蛋白(hypersensitive C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)的临床意义。方法:选择2014年1月至2017年6月我院神经内科收治的68例幕上ICH患者为观察组,同期选取50例功能性疾病患者作为对照组,对两组患者的血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平检测并比较,同时根据ICH血肿大小及病情程度进行血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平比较。结果:观察组的血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP明显高于对照组(P <0. 05);大量脑出血组血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平明显高于中量及少量脑出血组,同时中量脑出血组高于少量脑出血组,相互比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05);预后不良组的血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平明显高于预后良好组(P <0. 05)。结论:血浆NT-proBNP和hs-CRP水平与急性ICH有密切的相关性,并且能反映急性ICH患者病情的程度。
Objective:To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of plasma N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP) and hypersensitive C reactive protein(hs-CRP) in patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage(ICH).Methods:68 cases of supratentorial ICH patients treated in our department of neurology were selected as observation group from January 2014 to June 2017.Fifty patients with functional disease were selected as control group.Plasma NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels were detected and compared,Plasma NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels were compared according to the size and extent of ICH hematoma at the same time.Results:The plasma levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).The levels of plasma NT-proBNP and hs-CRP in patients with massive cerebral hemorrhage were significantly higher than those with moderate or small amount of cerebral hemorrhage,the medium bleeding group was higher than that of a small number of cerebral hemorrhage groups,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The plasma NT-proBNP and hs-CRP levels in the poor prognosis group were significantly higher than those in the good prognosis group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The plasma levels of NT-proBNP and hs-CRP were closely related to acute ICH,and can reflect the severity of acute ICH.
