摘要
目的:探究硫辛酸联合红外线治疗仪治疗糖尿病足的疗效观察。方法:选择我院2018年3月~10月治疗的50例糖尿病足患者为研究对象,回顾性查看其临床资料,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和対照组,各25例,对照组采用硫辛酸加以治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合红外线治疗仪进行治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析,观察两组患者的平均住院时间和溃疡愈合时间等指标。结果:观察组平均住院时间(8. 74±1. 63) d和溃疡愈合时间(7. 80±1. 41) d明显低于对照组平均住院时间(12. 81±2. 17) d和溃疡愈合时间(10. 79±1. 95) d;观察组临床治疗总有效率(92. 00%)明显高于对照组临床治疗总有效率(68. 00%);差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:硫辛酸联合红外线治疗仪治疗糖尿病足临床效果显著,能够有效缩短平均住院时间和溃疡愈合时间,有效改善患者临床症状,值得在临床治疗中推广应用。
Objective:To explore the curative effect of lipoic acid combined with infrared ray therapeutic apparatus on diabetic foot.Methods:50 cases of diabetic foot patients treated in our hospital in March 2018-October 2018 were selected as the research object.The clinical records were reviewed and 50 patients were randomly assigned to the observation group and the group with 25 cases.The control group was treated with thioctanoic acid,and the observation group was treated with infrared radiation on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups,and the average hospitalization time and ulcer healing time of the two groups were observed.Results:The average hospitalization time (8.74±1.63) d and ulcer healing time (7.80±1.41) d of the observation group were significantly lower than that of the control group (12.81±2.17) d and the ulcer healing time (10.79±1.95) d,and the total effective rate (92%) of the observation group was significantly higher than the total effective rate (68%) of the control group,and the difference was obvious.All of them were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of lipoic acid combined with infrared therapy instrument in treating diabetic foot is significant.It can effectively shorten the average time of hospitalization and healing time of ulcer,and effectively improve the clinical symptoms of the patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in the clinical treatment.
