中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值与肝脏疾病关系的临床研究进展

Clinical research progress in the relationship between neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio and liver diseases

作为近年来的热点之一,中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio,NLR)整合了中性粒细胞和淋巴细胞两方面的变化,被认为是严重疾病患者的炎症标志物,对多种疾病都有一定的预测价值。近年来大量研究都揭示了NLR与肝脏疾病的相关性,本文就NLR与肝脏疾病关系的临床研究进展作一简要综述。

As one of the hot spots in recent years,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR) integrates the changes of both neutrophil and lymphocyte,and is considered as an inflammatory marker in patients with severe diseases,which has certain predictive value for many diseases.In recent years,a large number of studies have revealed the relationship between NLR and liver diseases.This article reviews the clinical research progress of the relationship between NLR and liver diseases.
