基于青岛温泉田横体育小镇经典案例,运用实地考察法、专家访谈法等方法,对当前运动休闲特色小镇的建设发展路径进行了分析。提出以下策略:准确把握小镇定位,将需求贯穿规划与落实的全过程;坚持文化导向,培育多元产业文化主体;合理布局,坚持打造有特色内涵的多维产业;健全机制建设,建立完善的小镇发展动力保障体系。

Based on the case of Qingdao Hot Spring Tianheng Sports Town,the paper analyzes and the construction and development path of the present towns featured with recreational sport by using the methods of field investigation and expert interview.The paper proposes to accurately grasp the positioning of small town,focus on the demand through the whole process of planning and implementation,adhere to the cultural orientation,cultivate the multi-industry cultural subject,rationally lay out the form of business and persist in creating multi-dimensional industries with characteristics and connotations,perfect the mechanism construction and establish sound driving force of town development.
