摘要
通过对露天煤矿建设事业存在的主要问题,如设计理论、开采工艺、经营模式、生态环境、矿权划分及开采结束后存在矛盾等问题进行总结与分析,提出发展建议,供同行及"校企研"单位参考。
The article summarizes and analyzes the main problems of open-pit coal mine construction,such as design theory,mining technology,business model,ecological environment,mineral rights division and contradiction after mining,and puts forward some development suggestions,which provide reference for peers and"school-enterprise-research"organizations.
