摘要
针对萤石分选的需要,设计出长宽比为7.6的非常规直线振动筛LVB0861;采用workbench有限元分析软件对LVB0861进行结构动力学分析,分析结果表明:筛机各阶模态参数分布合理,位移数值与理论计算数值一致,动应力最大值及分布满足工况要求;对筛机进行出厂检验,筛机各项性能指标达到了相关技术标准的要求。工业应用表明:LVB0861筛分萤石8.0~10.0 t/h,筛上物出料水分为6.5%~7.8%。
According to the need of fluorite separation,the author designs an unconventional linear vibrating screen LVB 0861 with aspect ratio of 7.6,analyzes the structural dynamics of LVB 0861 with workbench.The results show that the modal parameters of the screen machine are reasonable,the displacement value is consistent with the theoretical calculation value,and the maximum value and distribution of dynamic stress meets the requirements of the operating conditions.The article carries out the inspection of vibrating screen,and the performance indexes meet the requirements of the relevant technical standards.The industrial application shows that the screening capability of fluorite is 8.0 to 10.0t/h,and the moisture of fluorite after being sieved is 6.5%to 7.8%.
