摘要
为了加强在日常安全生产工作中对矿用电机故障的有效排查,避免因设备电机损坏影响生产效率造成的经济损失,从电动机运行中的电压、电流、转速、温度、振动强度等参数进行分析,特设计了一种基于单片机PIC16F877A的电动机运行安全综合监测系统,从而实现矿用设备电机运行安全综合监测,确保通过监测有效地限制设备损坏率和避免故障扩大化,保证整个动力设备的正常运行作业。
In order to strengthen the effective investigation of mine motor faults in routine safety production work,to avoid the economic losses caused by the damage of the equipment motor affecting the production efficiency,the article analyzes from voltage,current,rotation speed,temperature,vibration intensity and other parameters in the motor operation,designs a comprehensive monitoring system for motor operation safety based on the PIC16F877A microcontroller to achieve comprehensive monitoring of motor operation safety of mining equipment,to ensure that the equipment is effectively limited by monitoring and the failure is prevented from scaling up,ensuring the normal operation of the entire power equipment.
