摘要
为解决传统人工生产夹片低效繁琐的问题,相关研究人员设计了模块化夹片机床自动上下料装置,该机构可以实现预应力夹片自动生产,不仅降低了生产成本,提高了加工效率和质量,而且还缩短了生产周期。模块化夹片机床自动上下料装置电控设计与制作能够保证机构能够自动、稳定运行,经过模拟实验和具体实践验证该装置具有较强的实用性。
In order to solve the problem of inefficient and cumbersome traditional manual production clips, the researchers have designed an automatic loading and unloading device for modular clip-on machine tools, which can realize the automatic production of pre-stressed clips, which not only reduces the production cost, but also improves the processing efficiency and Quality, but also shortens the production cycle.
