摘要
有限元法能够通过数值模拟对重型车车桥静强度以及振动特性进行分析,通过此种方法也能对结构性能进行预测以及优化,能够在减小物理样机制作次数的基础上有效提升产品性能。主要对汽车车桥结构有限元进行分析,从而设计出能够更好的车桥结构,并使其具备良好的静强度以及动态特性。
Among them, the finite element method can analyze and study the static strength and vibration characteristics of a heavy-duty vehicle bridge by numerical simulation, predict and optimize the performance of the design structure by this method, and effectively improve the product performance while reducing the number of physical prototypes. In this paper, the finite element analysis of automobile bridge structure is mainly carried out, so as to design a better bridge structure which can meet the design requirements and has good static strength and dynamic characteristics.
