Research on Universal Roller Breaking Protection Device for Multi-wire Cutting Machine

首先,分析了多线切割机罗拉断线保护装置的重要性以及工作原理;其次,给出了机械结构和控制系统设计框图;最后,重点研究了在使用水性切割液下电气式结构的缺陷,并针对此缺陷设计了机械式结构。

Firstly, the importance and working principle of multi-line cutting machine roller breaking protection device are analyzed. Secondly, the mechanical structure and control system design block diagram are given. Finally, the defects of the electrical structure under the use of aqueous cutting liquid are mainly studied. A mechanical structure was designed for this defect.
