风力塔架法兰焊接角变形工艺探讨

摘要 法兰拼装焊接是风机塔架制造的关键工序,合理的组装和焊接工艺不仅可以减少法兰焊接变形,同时还可以提高焊接生产率。介绍了风力发电塔架段与段之间联接法兰角变形焊接控制方法,旨在提升风电发电塔架产品质量和制造进度。 Flange assembly welding is a key process in the manufacture of wind turbine towers. Reasonable assembly and welding processes not only reduce flange welding deformation, but also increase welding productivity. The control method of joint flange deformation welding between wind power tower section and section is introduced, aiming at improving the quality and manufacturing progress of wind power tower.
