摘要
在叉车围板外壁板空间弧面设计成形过程中,设计基准和定位基准通常无法保持一致,为了解决这一技术问题,需要将设计空间三维基准和工艺加工基准进行转换,使其保持一致,从而提升叉车围板加工质量与效率,提高工件整体合格性。
In the process of forming the curved surface of the outer wall of the forklift panel, the design basis and the positioning reference are usually not consistent. In order to solve this technical problem, the design space 3D reference and the processing reference need to be converted to keep the same. Improve the quality and efficiency of forklift coaming and improve the overall conformity of the workpiece.
