摘要
针对传统张力机的弱点,采用现代工业控制微机新技术,研制出能实现恒张力控制的智能化张力机,通过阐述智能化张力机的控制原理、系统组成、信号流程、功能实现和软件框图,结合其在实际施工中的使用,对智能化张力机的特点、优势和发展前景进行分析总结。
In view of the weakness of traditional tension machine,using new technology in modem industrial control microcomputer,developed to achieve constant tension control of intelligentized tensioner,by explaining the control principle,system composition,signal process,function realization and the software diagram of intelligentized tensioner,combined with its use in actual construction,analyzing and summarizing the characteristics,advantage and the prospect of the intelligentized tensioner.
