电动汽车退役电池包整包梯次利用的关键技术-CAN通讯协议 被引量:4

摘要 新能源电动汽车动力电池包在使用一定的时间或循环一定次数之后,其容量和功率特性将衰退,无法满足新能源电动汽车使用要求,需要从汽车上退役。但是,退役的动力电池包仍然潜藏着一定的价值,其容量和功率仍然可以满足其他对动力性能要求不高的储能场合要求,如UPS、通信基站、数据中心、电动自行车、风光发电储能等对功率特性要求不高的应用场合。将电动汽车上的退役电池再利用到其他场合,这种退役动力电池的再利用被称之为"梯次利用",开展动力电池梯次利用技术研究,充分挖潜动力电池的剩余价值。其中不拆解电池包而直接利用则是性价比最高的一种应用方式,应用的关键是利用原电池包的BMS系统,直接读取原电池包的BMS数据,能否正确读取BMS数据是梯次利用的关键。因原电池包用于汽车上,所采用的是适用于汽车的CAN总线和汽车专用协议,因此对于退役电池包的梯次利用,需要充分了解CAN通信协议。 After a certain period of time or a certain number of cycles,the new energy electric vehicle power battery pack will decline in capacity and power characteristics,failing to meet the requirements of new energy electric vehicles,and need to be retired from the vehicle.However,the decommissioned power battery pack still has a certain value,and its capacity and power can still meet other energy storage requirements that are not required for power performance,such as UPS,communication base station,data center,electric bicycle,and wind power generation.Applications that do not require high power characteristics.Reusing the decommissioned batteries on electric vehicles to other occasions,the reuse of such decommissioned power batteries is called"step utilization”,and the research on the utilization of power battery ladders is carried out to fully exploit the residual value of the potential power batteries.The direct use of the battery pack without disassembling the battery pack is the most costeffective application method.The key to the application is to directly read the BMS data of the original battery pack by using the BMS system of the original battery pack,and whether the BMS data can be correctly read is the key of step utilization.Since the original battery pack is used in a car,the CAN bus and the car-specific protocol for the automobile are used.Therefore,for the use of the decommissioned battery pack,it is necessary to fully understand the CAN communication protocol.
