如今,谁拥有更强的技术创新能力、占有更多的核心技术并以自主知识产权的形式表现出来,谁将拥有更多的话语权,占有更大的市场份。介绍了知识产权困境,分析了知识产权与国际化经营的关系,结合我国钢铁企业的实际情况,提出了推进知识产权国际化布局管理的建议。以宝钢集团与武汉钢铁集团合并为背景,研究了国内大型钢铁企业所面临的知识产权风险,提出构建知识产权风险防范体系的思路。

Nowadays,who has stronger ability of technological innovation,more core technologies and indepen?dent intellectual property rights,who will have more voice and more market share.This paper introduces the dilemma of intellectual property rights,analyses the relationship between intellectual property rights and international opera?tion,and puts forward some suggestions on promoting the international distribution management of intellectual prop?erty rights in light of the actual situation of Chinese iron and steel enterprises.Taking the merger of Baosteel Group and Wuhan Iron and Steel Group as the background,this paper studies the intellectual property risk faced by large domestic iron and steel enterprises,and puts forward the idea of constructing the intellectual property risk prevention system.
