摘要
简要介绍了邢钢RH多功能真空精炼炉的工艺参数及RH炉脱碳原理。通过分析脱碳热力学和动力学原理,认为提高脱碳速度需要从真空泵抽气能力、浸渍管内径、环流气量、钢中氧浓度四个方面进行控制;降低终点碳含量需要通过提高真空度,降低CO的分压来实现。结合邢钢RH炉的实际使用情况,制定了适用于的可行工艺措施。
The process parameters and decarburization principle of RH furnace of Xing Tai Iron&Steel Co.are briefly introduced.Based on the analysis of the thermodynamics and kinetics of decarburization,it is concluded that the improvement of decarburization speed needs to be controlled from four aspects:vacuum-pumping capacity,diameter of impregnated pipe,air circulation and oxygen concentration in steel.The reduction of endpoint carbon content can be achieved by improving the vacuum degree and reducing the partial pressure of CO.Combined with the actual use of RH furnace in Xing Tai Iron&Steel Co.,the feasible technological measures are developed.
