怀化市职业教育发展存在的问题与对策

Research on the Existing Problems and Countermeasures of Vocational Education Development in Huaihua City

近年来,怀化市职业教育取得了一定的办学成效,但目前仍存在实习实训基地不够、专业设置滞后、校地合作不多、职教师资缺乏等问题导致职业教育不能更好地满足经济社会的发展需求。加强职业教育的统筹规划、完善体制机制建设、加大资金投入、优化专业设置、增强师资力量等举措能推动怀化职业教育真正服务地方经济社会发展。

In recent years,the vocational education in Huaihua city has made great progress on school-running.However,the existing problems such as the lack of practical training bases,traditional specialty setting,few cooperation between schools and government,insufficient teachers of vocational education that cannot better meet the need of the economy and society development.Only by strengthening the overall planning of vocational education,improving the system and mechanism construction,increasing the capital investment,optimizing the specialty setting,and fostering the faculty,which could achieve vocational education truly to serve for the local economic and social development in Huaihua.
