产教融合背景下高职院校实训平台建设的思考

Thinking on the Construction of Practical Training Platform in Higher Vocational Colleges under the Background of Integration of Production and Education

高职院校以培养技术技能型人才为己任,是企业发展所需生产、服务和管理一线人才的重要输出来源。产教融合成为了职业院校一条新的发展之路。实训基地作为技术技能型人才的培养基础保障,已成为高职院校办学条件建设中不可忽视的组成部分。该文在高职院校实训平台建设现状的基础上,提出了实训平台建设的依据和原则。

Higher vocational colleges take the responsibility of cultivating technical and skilled talents,which is an important source of output for the first-line talents of production,service and management required for enterprise development.The integration of production and education has become a new development path for vocational colleges.As a guarantee to cultivate skilled and technical talents,the practical training base has become an integral part of the construction of higher vocational colleges.Therefore,this paper puts forward the basis and principle of building practical training platform based on the current situation in higher vocational colleges.
