The activity pattern of imitating professional and social post can promote college student volunteer to improve their employability effectively. To implement the college students volunteer service activity, it should be improved from the aspects of college students' volunteer service environment, service management, service system, and service guarantee, so as to truly realize the function of volunteer service to enhance employment capacity.
