硫脲介质下火焰原子吸收光谱法测定铅精矿中的高含量银 被引量:1

High Content Ag Measured by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry in Lead Concentrates Based on Thiocarbamide

摘要 铅精矿样品先后加入盐酸、硝酸和高氯酸溶解以硫脲溶液提取,在2%(体积分数,下同)的盐酸介质中,用火焰原子吸收光谱仪在波长328.1nm处以空气-乙炔火焰测定铅精矿中的银。测定结果与标准值吻合较好。该方法精密度(RSD)为1.42%,加标回收率为95.00%-100.5%。本方法可以完全溶解矿样,无沉淀杂质,稳定性较好,且准确度高,快速、简便,适合用来批量测定铅精矿中的高含量银。 The sample of lead concentrate was dissolved with HCI-HNO3-HClO4 and extracted by Thiocarbamide. With the dissolution of 2% HCl, Ag in the sample was measured by Air-acetylene Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometer at wavelength of 328.1 nm, however, the result is in agreement with certified value. The relative standard derivation was 1.42% and the standard addition recovery was 95.00%-100.5%. Under these conditions, the samples were completely dissolved, also the extract liquid was clear and no precipitation remains that of be high accuracy and simple operation, which fits for determination of high content Ag in Lead concentrates.
