论南宁园博园设计总承包创新模式

Exploration on the Innovation Model of Overall Design Contract in Nanning Garden Expo Project

通过分析目前中国园林博览会园博园的建设趋势及历届园博园所采取的设计模式,提出设计总承包模式是有效解决园博园面临的投资大、建设规模大、涉及范围广、专业类别多、技术难度大,以及多专业接口复杂等问题的创新模式。以南宁园博园为例,通过设计总承包的"总负责、总设计、总协调、总管理、总配合"五总合一系统策略,高效解决了南宁园博园进度、质量、造价以及各专业之间的技术衔接和界面交圈等关键问题,提高了整体设计水平,实现了设计进度、质量效果和工程投资控制的既定目标。

The article analyzes the current construction tendency of garden expo park and design contract model of all previous projects in China,and proposes an innovative overall design contract model for garden expo projects,as well as other projects with large investment,large construction scale,wide-range involvement,multiple disciplines participation,high technical difficulty,complicated working interfaces,etc.This article takes Nanning Garden Expo project as an example,which efficiently solved the key problems in construction progress,quality,cost,technical joints and working interfaces among various disciplines by applying five-in-one systematical strategy of"overall charge,overall design,overall coordination,overall management,and overall cooperation".At present,the project is under construction with best cost,quality and schedule control.
