杭州中心区口袋公园休息设施的使用状况评价

Research on Rest Facilities of Pocket Parks in Hangzhou Central Area Based on Post Occupancy Evaluation

随着城市化的发展,市民对城市绿地的需求日益增加,口袋公园在城市绿地中扮演着重要角色。为探究休息设施在口袋公园中的使用情况,通过问卷调查法、影像记录法、跟踪访谈法等方法,对口袋公园休息设施进行使用状况评价。研究表明,休息设施的主要使用者为中老年人;类型和材料不能满足大部分使用者;最大的问题是部分休息设施使用率低。基于使用状况评价,提出口袋公园休息设施的改进策略。

Along with the development of urbanization,the longing for urban green space is increasing,and pocket park plays an important role in it.In order to explore the usage of rest facilities,this paper make a research of the rest facilities of the pocket parks with the questionnaire survey,video recording and tracking method and interview method.The research shows that the main users of the rest facilities are the middle-aged and elderly people.The types and materials of the rest facilities are not rich enough to satisfy most users;one of the biggest problems is the low utilization of some rest facilities.Based on the usage condition evaluation,the improvement strategy of the rest facilities was put forward.
