社区公园参与式景观改造与运营管理模式探究--以天津风湖公园为例

Study on Participatory Reconstruction and Operation Management Mode of Community Parks: A Case Study of Fenghu Park in Tianjin

中国城市社区公园逐渐老化,存在空间利用不足、改造脱节以及与居民的情感脱离等问题,部分已不能满足居民的正常需求甚至出现安全隐患。在此背景下,以天津市风湖公园景观改造为例,运用"渐进式"场域介入、公众参与平台等方法提出参与式设计在社区公园改造过程中的实施方法与途径,探索设计团队、居民、政府、社区居委会等多元角色在公园更新改造过程中的参与形式与可持续运营管理模式,发现社区公园改造过程中的现存问题并提出解决途径,为后续改造提供借鉴与思考。

Many community parks in China are gradually aging,and there are many problems such as insufficient space utilization,dislocated transformation,and emotional separation from residents.Some of them can no longer meet the normal needs of residents or even cause potential safety hazards.In this context,taking the landscape reconstruction of Tianjin Fenghu Park as an example,this study uses the methods of gradual field intervention and public participation platform to put forward the implementation methods and approaches of participatory design in the process of community park renovation,and explores the participation form and the sustainable management mode of the design team,the residents,the government and the community neighborhood committees in the process of the renovation and renovation of the park,the existing problems in the process of reconstruction of community parks were found out and solutions were put forward to provide reference and consideration for the subsequent reconstruction of community parks.
