摘要
改革开放以来,西藏经济社会发生了翻天覆地的变化,旅游业经过40年的发展已经成长为西藏六大支柱产业之一,对西藏经济社会的发展,尤其是对第三产业的发展贡献巨大。总结西藏旅游业40年来的发展历程与经验,旅游业的持续健康发展既得益于西藏得天独厚的自然和人文资源,也得益于国家对西藏基础设施建设的大力投入,更得益于改革开放创造的良好外部环境以及稳定的社会政治环境。同时西藏旅游业发展也面临诸如基础设施薄弱、旅游产品单一、旅游专业人才缺乏、生态环境问题突出等问题。西藏旅游业如何立足高原资源优势、把握发展机遇、创新旅游业发展模式、构建旅游发展新业态是实现旅游业跨越式发展的关键。
Since the reform and opening up,Tibet’s economy and society have undergone earth-shaking changes.After 40 years of development,tourism has grown into one of Tibet’s six pillar industries,contributing greatly to Tibet’s economic and social development,especially the development of the tertiary industry.Summarizing the development history and experience of Tibet tourism in the past 40 years,the sustainable and healthy development of tourism has benefited from Tibet’s unique natural and cultural resources,as well as the state’s strong investment in Tibet’s infrastructure construction,and benefited from a good external environment and a stable social and political environment created by reform and opening-up.At the same time,the development of tourism in Tibet is also faced with problems such as weak infrastructure,single tourism products,lack of tourism professionals,and outstanding ecological and environmental issues.How Tibet tourism based on the advantages of plateau resources to seize development opportunities,innovates the development model of tourism,and builds a new format of tourism development is the key to realizing the leap-forward development of tourism.
