摘要
针对消费柴汽比不断下降的现状,为提高装置的综合竞争力,对加氢裂化装置生产5~#工业白油的可行性进行了分析。对5~#工业白油与加氢裂化柴油的产品质量进行了对比,并对影响柴油运动黏度与开口闪点的因素进行了分析,认为通过对加氢裂化装置的工艺参数进行优化调整,生产合格的5~#工业白油产品是可行的。生产优化措施主要包括提高柴油抽出温度、投用柴油塔汽提蒸汽以及投用柴油脱水聚结器,使柴油的运动黏度由3.24 mm^2/s提高至4.65 mm^2/s,开口闪点由100℃提高至130℃,所有质量分析指标均达到5~#工业白油产品质量要求。加氢裂化装置生产5~#工业白油产品,可增效580万元/a,经济效益显著,同时对国内外同类装置的生产优化具有重要的借鉴意义。
Aiming at the status of constant decrease of diesel and gasoline ratio in consumption, in order to enhance the overall competitiveness of the unit, the feasibility of producing 5^# industry grade white oil in hydrogen cracking unit is discussed. Based on comparing with the product quality of 5^# industry grade white oil and hydrocracking diesel, and analyzing the influencing factors of diesel dynamic viscosity and open cup flash point, the conclusion is reached that it is feasible to produce qualified 5^# industry grade white oil in hydrogen cracking unit by optimizing and adjusting the technical parameters. The optimization measures mainly include enhancing the diesel extraction temperature, and putting stripping steam of diesel tower and diesel dehydration coalescer into use. Through optimization, the diesel dynamic viscosity increases from 3.24 mm^2 /s to 4.65 mm^2 /s , open cup flash point increases from 100 ℃ to 130 ℃, and all the quality indexes reach the requirements of 5^# industry grade white oil. Producing 5^# industry grade white oil in hydrogen cracking unit obtains remarkable economic benefit of 5.8 million yuan per year, which provide reference for the optimization of the same kind unit at home and abroad.
