摘要 针对湿法脱硫系统烟囱出口存在湿烟羽现象,介绍了白烟产生及消除的基本原理。以某炼化企业220万t/a催化裂化装置改造为例,对目前主流的消除烟囱出口湿烟羽的工艺技术进行了综述及对比,认为采用烟气降温再热工艺路线消除湿烟羽是一种可行性较好的方案。对烟气降温再热工艺路线的3种技术方案进行了技术经济比较,确定采用MGGH换热+吸收液喷淋冷凝复合技术对装置中出现的湿烟羽进行治理。该方案在应用中可达到0℃及以上消除湿烟羽的效果,符合环保局要求的排放标准,具有占地面积小、能耗及投资较低、效果显著等优点。 According to the phenomenon of the wet plume at the chimney outlet of wet desulfurization system, the basic principle of white smoke generation and elimination is introduced. Taking a refining enterprise s 2.2 million t/a catalytic cracking unit as an example, the current mainstream technological routes for eliminating wet plume of the chimney outlet are reviewed and compared. The flue gas cooling and reheating process route is considered as a feasible scheme to eliminate wet plume. Three technical schemes of flue gas cooling and reheating process are compared technically and economically, and MGGH heat exchange + absorption liquid spray condensation composite technology is adopted to treat wet plume in the plant. The scheme can achieve the effect of eliminating wet plume at 0 ℃ or above in application, and meet the emission standards required by Environmental Protection Agency. The system shows advantages in its small footprint, low energy consumption, low investment and significant effects.
