摘要
介绍了目前国内常用的湿式氧化法脱硫技术以及氧化脱硫中常用的栲胶、酞菁钴磺酸盐、对苯二酚、络合铁等催化剂,重点论述了近年来国内在氧化脱硫催化剂方面的研究和应用进展。分析和探讨了湿式氧化法脱硫技术在国内应用中存在的堵塔、副盐含量高、脱硫废液处理回收困难等问题,指出该技术的研究和应用应从催化剂研究、设备改进及工艺参数优化等多方面入手,未来湿式氧化法脱硫技术的主要发展方向是开发高效环保的氧化脱硫催化剂和硫磺颗粒改性剂、提高气液传质设备效率、防止溶液腐蚀、提高脱有机硫能力、节约成本与降低能耗。
The domestic technologies and catalysts of removing sulfides by wet oxidation are presented, and the common catalysts including tannin extract, phthalocyanine cobalt sulfonate, p -dihydroxybenzene, chelated iron and so on are introduced. The domestic research and application progress of catalysts for sulfides removing by oxidation is expounded. The problems existing in the domestic application of sulfides removing technologies by wet oxidation are analyzed and discussed including tower block, high content of by-product salt and difficulty in treating and recycling of desulfurization waste solution. It is pointed out that catalyst study, equipment improvement and technical parameters optimization are the important factors for study and application of the sulfides removing technologies, and the future development direction is proclaimed in multi-aspects of developing environmentally friendly oxidation catalyst and sulfur particle modifying agent with high efficiency, enhancing the efficiency of gas-liquid mass transfer device, preventing solution corrosion, improving organic sulfides removing effect, saving cost and reducing energy consumption.
