补肾化瘀法对宫内节育器导致下腹坠痛98例观察

Effect of invigorate kidney and removing blood stasis therapy on treating 98 clinical cases of IUD-induced hypogastralgia

目的探究补肾化瘀法治疗放置宫内节育器(intrauterine device,IUD)导致下腹坠痛的临床疗效观察。方法选取2016年7月—2017年3月期间于秦皇岛市妇幼保健院及合作医院(秦皇岛市中医医院)因IUD导致下腹坠痛就诊的患者185例,自拟补肾化瘀方治疗宫内节育器导致下腹坠痛本病98例为治疗组,应用吲哚美辛治疗本病87例为对照组,进行临床疗效对比观察。结果治疗组有效率为91.8%,对照组有效率81.6%,治疗组应用补肾化瘀法治疗下腹坠痛效果优有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均无不良反应发生。结论补肾化瘀法可以有效治疗放置IUD后导致的下腹坠痛,提高育龄女性的IUD的续用率,降低意外妊娠所致人工流产率,提高育龄女性生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To study the curative effect of the treatment of IUD-induced hypogastralgia by invigorate kidney and removing blood stasis therapy. Methods 185 cases of IUD-induced hypogastralgia in Qinhuangdao Maternal and Child Health Hospital and its partner hospital, Qinghuangdao Municipal Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine between July 2016 and March 2017 were selected. 98 patients treated with invigorate kidney and removing blood stasis therapy was study group, whereas 87 patients treated with indomethacin was control group. The clinical efficacy was compared and observed. Results The efficiency in the study group (91.8%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (81.6%)(P<0.05). Conclusion Invigorate kidney and removing blood stasis therapy can effectively treat IUDinduced hypogastralgia, which improves the continuation rate of IUD and life quality in women of childbearing age and reduces the rate of induced abortion caused by accidental pregnancy. Overall, this therapy is worthy of clinical application.
