对地方饮食文化的进一步挖掘,将会在很大程度上推动我国旅游业的进一步发展,而且饮食文化是人民生活的基础,不但能够体现出人文素养,更重要的是能够在人们的精神层面进行沟通,同时也能够体现出人文精神。因此,本文结合地方饮食文化的挖掘及旅游开发进行仔细研究。

The further excavation of local food culture will promote the further development of China’s tourism industry to a large extent.Moreover,food culture is the foundation of people’s life,which can constantly reflect people.More importantly,it can communicate with people’s spiritual level and also reflect the humanistic spirit.Therefore,this paper will be on the local food culture mining and tourism development to carry out a careful study.
