摘要 为了进一步提升食品类专业学生的专业技术创新能力及毕业后更好地适应工作岗位,职业院校食品类专业制定了"基础扎实、校企合作、理论实践相结合、培养学生创新能力"人才培养模式,培养高技能人才使食品职业院校实现高质量发展,进而更好地服务经济社会。 In order to further enhance the professional and technological innovation ability of the students majoring in food and better adapt to their posts after graduation.The food specialty in vocational colleges has formulated a talent training mode of solid foundation,school-enterprise cooperation,integration of theory and practice,and cultivation of students’innovative ability,so as to cultivate high-skilled talents to make the food vocational colleges solid.Now high quality development,and better service to the economy and society.
