摘要
《乳品加工技术》是一门实用性很强的食品加工专业课,实验课是提高学生动手操作能力的必修课。本文从实验准备、实验进行、实验结束三个方面浅谈了上好《乳品加工技术》实验课的关键。
Dairy processing technology is a practical course for food processing specialty,and the experimental course is a compulsory course to improve students’operational ability.This paper discusses the key to teach the experiment course of dairy processing technology from three aspects of experiment preparation,experiment proceeding and experiment ending.
