摘要
旅游业作为国民经济战略支柱型产业,其发展势头迅猛,然而旅游团餐的供给却相对差强人意。旅游团餐作为旅游活动六要素之一,对于旅游业的发展起到至关重要的作用。依托中央厨房模式与旅游餐饮行业的结合,仔细分析旅游团餐运营过程中存在的问题,积极提出解决对策。从而利用中央厨房的模式,提升旅游团餐质量、推动旅游产业的健康发展,保护和传承我国各具特色、百花齐放的烹饪工艺,弘扬中华民族源远流长的饮食文化。
As a pillar industry of the national economic strategy,tourism is developing rapidly,but the supply of tour meals is not satisfactory.As one of the six elements of tourism activities,tour group meals play a vital role in the development of tourism.Relying on the combination of the central kitchen model and the tourism and catering industry,this paper carefully analyzes the problems existing in the operation of tour group meals and actively proposes solutions.So as to use the application of the central kitchen model,improve the quality of tour group meals,promote the healthy development of the tourism industry,protect and inherit the unique cooking techniques of our country,and carry forward the longstanding food culture of the Chinese nation.
