摘要
本文详细阐述了食品可追溯体系的定义,介绍了食品可追溯体系的现状,重点分析了我国在食品可追溯体系建设中存在的问题,阐述了食品可追溯体系建设在食品安全监管工作中的作用。建议发挥政府的主导作用,加强食品安全公共信息平台建设,加快完善食品安全法律法规和标准体系建设,真正实现食品安全追溯系统的开发应用。
This article elaborated the definition of food traceability system,and introduces the present status of food traceability system,construction of key analysis in food traceability system in our country,the problems of food traceability system construction in the role of food safety supervision work,suggested to play a leading role of the government,to strengthen food safety public information platform construction,to improve food safety laws and regulations and standard system construction,realize the development and application of food safety traceability system.
