四川宜宾县野生猕猴桃保肝作用的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:研究四川省宜宾县野生猕猴桃对大鼠酒精性肝损伤的保护作用。方法:雄性SD大鼠50只随机均分为5组:正常组、模型组与野生猕猴桃高、中、低剂量组。模型组与猕猴桃组每天予以56°红星二锅头灌胃1次,第一周剂量为8 mL·kg^(-1),第二周为10 mL·kg^(-1);正常组给予等量生理盐水;野生猕猴桃高、中、低剂量组分别给予含50%、30%、10%野生猕猴桃的饲料,模型组、正常组给予普通饲料。实验末,计算大鼠肝指数,检测和比较血清和肝匀浆中的谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)、甘油三酯(TG)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平及血清过氧化脂质(LPO)含量。结果:与模型组相比,野生猕猴桃显著降低酒精性肝损伤大鼠肝指数(P <0.001)、血清LPO含量、血清及肝匀浆ALT、AST、TG、MDA水平(P <0.01);升高血清及肝匀浆SOD、GSH-Px活性(P <0.001),并呈一定剂量反应关系。结论:四川省宜宾县野生猕猴桃对大鼠酒精性肝损伤具有保护作用,这可能与抑制脂肪代谢紊乱、抗氧化作用有关。 Objective:To study the liver-protective effects of wild kiwifruit from Yibin on alcoholic liver injury model in rats.Method:Fifty male SD rats were randomly divided into 5 groups:normal group,model group and groups of low,medium,high dose of wild kiwifruit.The normal group was given an equal volume of normal saline,and alcoholic liver injury model was established in the other groups by giving each rat 56°Red Star Erguotou.In the first week,groups were given a dose of 8 mL·kg^-1 56°Red Star Erguotou,and then 10 mL·kg^-1 in the second week once a day.The normal group and the model group rats were fed with fundamental feed.The low,medium and high dose of wild kiwifruit groups were fed with 10%,30%and 50%of wild kiwifruit concentration respectively.At the end of the experiment,liver index was calculated,and ALT,AST,TG,MDA,GSH-Px,SOD in serum and liver homogenate,and LPO in serum were all assayed and compared among the groups.Results:Compared with model group,wild kiwifruit significantly reduced liver index(P<0.001).Wild kiwifruit could significantly reduce LPO in serum,and reduce ALT,AST,TG,MDA level in serum and liver homogenate(P<0.01).Besides,the wild kiwifruit could increase the activities of SOD,GSH-Px in serum and liver homogenate(P<0.001),and the results showed a certain dose-response relationship.Conclusion:Wild kiwifruit in Yibin has a protective effect on alcoholic liver injury in rats,which may be related to inhibition of lipid metabolism disorder and antioxidant properties.
