摘要
食品微生物检验内容与检测技术的研究,对提高我国微生物检验质量,保障食品安全有非常积极的促进作用。食品微生物检查涉及范围广泛,微生物种类多,因此对监测技术要求高。本文以此为内容进行了具体分析。
The research of food microorganism inspection content and testing technology has a very positive effect on improving the quality of microorganism inspection and ensuring food safety in China.Food microbiological examination involves a wide range of microbiological species,so the monitoring technology is required.This article takes this as the content to carry on specific analysis.
