摘要
社会工作发展范式是创新社会工作理论与引领社会工作实务的基础。有别于英美社会工作发展范式的德国社会工作有着鲜明的发展特色,蕴藏着丰富的可资借鉴的范式资源。辅助性社会立法的制度发展范式与反身性社会教育学的专业发展范式共同形塑了德国"主体性-反身性"的社会工作发展范式。我国社会工作可以借鉴辅助性原则和反身性理念,积极拓展社会工作的依附与发展空间,加强社会工作立法和社会工作者的反身性训练,结合自身的意识形态和文化传统,探寻中国特色的社会工作发展范式。
Social work development paradigm lays the foundation for innovations in social work theory and provides orientation for social work practice.The social work development paradigm in Germany,different from that in Anglo-American countries,holds its distinct features and contains rich resources that could be learned for paradigm construction.The institution development paradigm characteristic of social legislation based on subsidiarity principle and the profession development paradigm based on reflexive social pedagogy together shape the“subjectivity-reflexivity”of the social work development paradigm in Germany.Social work in China might learn from the principle of subsidiarity and address the concept of reflexivity in order to actively broaden the interdependent development space,improve social work legislation and foster social workers’reflexive training.Through this,the perspectives for the construction of social work development paradigm with Chinese characteristics embedded in China’s own ideology and cultural traditions could be much broadened.
