监狱管理改革转型与当事人中心个案管理实务探索——以云南省A监狱为例

The Reform and Transformation of the Prison Administration and the Exploration of the Case Management with Client-centered Therapy——Take A Prison in Yunnan Province as an Example

监狱社会工作研究与实务在当下我国社会工作诸领域中既比较薄弱又面临大好发展机遇。以云南省A监狱为例,其旧有管理模式存在的"监、企、社"不分、以经济生产为核心以及教育改造水平低下等弊病,为社会工作介入监狱管理提供了正当性与问题域;随之而来的监狱管理体制改革与教育改造理念转型,更使专业社会工作嵌入监狱管理成为可能。在上述背景下,研究者把当事人中心治疗理论与个案管理方法有机结合在一起,以A监狱的外籍罪犯为重点对象,开展了一系列监狱社会工作实务探索。对此,本文进行了细致描绘与具体阐释。通过这种方式,研究者试图进一步深入监狱社会工作实践内部,探寻其逻辑与效果,明晰其意义与限制。

The research and practice of prison social work in the present China is not only tend to have weak links,but also has great opportunities for development.Take A prison in Yunnan province as an example,the combined administration system of“jail and enterprise with social functions”has led to low level of education in prison,and also provided the justification for social work intervening to the prison management.Under the above background,the researchers combined the theory of Client-centered Therapy and the method of case management,carried out a series of social work practices on the foreign criminals of A prison.In this paper,the authors try to make some detailed descriptions and in-depth explanations to explore their logics and effects,and clarify their meanings and limitations at the same time.
