Problems and Countermeasures in the Development of Agricultural Industry in Central and Western Shanxi Province

山西中西部地区深度贫困、产业支撑不足、基础设施薄弱、公共服务滞后等问题仍然十分突出。因此,山西中西部地区如何充分挖掘现有资源潜力,获得经济、社会、生态效益的全面发展,形成具有地方特色的区域农业发展模式,是当前亟待解决的问题。

The problems of deep poverty,insufficient industry support,weak infrastructure and lagging public service in central and western Shanxi are still outstanding.Therefore,how to fully tap the potential of existing resources,to obtain the overall development of economic,social and ecological benefits,and to form a regional agricultural development model with local characteristics in the central and western regions of Shanxi is an urgent problem to be solved.
