Chitosan quaternary ammonium salt is a kind of chitosan Quaternate product,which is rich in nature,and has the properties of non-toxic,harmless,antibacterial,anticoagulant and so on.In this paper,the antibacterial properties of chitosan quaternary ammonium salt and its application in the field of medicine are reviewed,and the trend of its research is also prospected.
