针对我国当前中小型晒场谷物装袋设备的市场需求,设计一款中小型晒场谷物装袋机。在晒场谷物装袋机的市场调研、功能原理、设计分析的基础上,进行了晒场谷物的运动学分析,并对晒场谷物装袋机的总体方案、机械传动系统、执行机构进行了创新设计。利用实物样机验证了产品结构与机构设计的可行性,为相关行业进行产品开发设计提供借鉴与参考。

Aiming at the current small and medium-sized bleachery grain bagging equipment which are the market demand,we design a small and medium bleachery grain bagging machine.On the basis of market research,function principle,design analysis of grain bagging machine.kinematics analysis of bleachery grain was carried out,the overall scheme,mechanical transmission system and executing mechanism of the bagging machine were designed.The feasibility of product structure and mechanism design is verified by using physical prototype,which provides references for the research and development of products design in related industries.
