庆大霉素等抗菌药物在大肠杆菌培养基中的抑菌效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研制出一种含庆大霉素等抗菌药物的选择培养基,应用于高校实验教学常用菌种大肠杆菌的培养,能抑制杂菌生长。方法:采集实验室空气、桌面以及实验人员的手指皮肤标本,分离纯化后经16 SrDNA鉴定其种类;通过药敏试验确定大肠杆菌选择培养基中抗菌药物的成分及含量;模拟学生实验,检验庆大霉素的抑菌效果。结果:影响大肠杆菌生长的实验室环境菌种主要是假白喉棒状杆菌、山羊葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和枯草芽胞杆菌;庆大霉素浓度为1. 0 U/L的选择培养基能抑制假白喉棒状杆菌、山羊葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌生长,但不影响大肠杆菌生长,且在模拟学生实验中抑菌效果明显。结论:庆大霉素药物浓度为1. 0 U/L的选择培养基用于实验教学中大肠杆菌菌种的培养有一定的抑菌效果。 Objective:To develop an antimicrobial selective medium which has characteristics of pollution resistance for Escherichia coli in experimental teaching.Methods:The bacteria from the laboratory air,desktop and fingers of experimenters were identified.The composition and content of antimicrobialin selective medium for Escherichia coli were investigated through drug sensitivity test.The bacteriostatic effect of selective medium was tested by simulating student experiments.Results:The bacteria in laboratoryaffecting the growth of Escherichia coli were Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriae,Staphylococcus caprae,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Bacillus subtilisby 16 SrDNA analysis.Escherichia colicould grow on gentamycin agar medium which inhibited the growths of Corynebacterium pseudodiphtheriae,Staphylococcus caprae,Staphylococcus epidermidis and Bacillus subtilis with a concentration of 1.0 U/L.The selective medium had a certain bacteriostatic effect by Simulated student experiments.Conclusions:The selective medium had a certain bacteriostatic effect with a concentration of 1.0 U/L for Escherichia coli in experimental teaching.
