“井”形法耳软骨鼻尖整形术的临床疗效分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of Ear Cartilage Nasal Tip Reconstruction by “well” Method

目的:探讨"井"形法耳软骨鼻尖整形术的临床疗效。方法:自2015年1月至2016年12月,回顾性观察330例使用"井"形耳软骨固定在"L"形鼻假体鼻尖部的隆鼻术,对其术后效果进行评价,并将评价结果进行分析。结果:使用"井"形耳软骨垫鼻尖取得良好的客户满意度,术后两年随访期,无变形、感染等并发症。结论:采用"井"形法耳软骨用于鼻尖整形,术后效果良好,可提高鼻尖整形的质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of“well”shaped ear cartilage nasal tip plastic surgery.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2016,330 cases were observed retrospectively using“well”otocartilage fixation in the tip of“L”nasal prosthesis,and the postoperative effect was evaluated and the evaluation results were analyzed.Results:Satisfactory satisfaction was obtained by using the“well”shaped ear cartilage pad on the tip of the nose,and no deformation,infection,or complications occurred in the follow-up of two years after surgery.Conclusion:The“well”method is effective and can improve the quality of nasal tip reconstruction.
