不同遮光处理对夏秋季梅占茶树生化品质的影响 被引量:5

摘要 采用不同规格的遮阳网对梅占进行遮光处理,分夏、秋两个季节对其生化成分含量进行测定。旨在探究出最适宜梅占在夏、秋季生长的光照强度。试验结果表明,遮光有利于茶树游离氨基酸含量的积累,且随着遮光率的提高而上升,在夏季80%遮光率时,氨基酸积累达到2. 39%,秋季积累量更高,含量达到2. 42%;茶多酚含量遮光组低于对照组,80%与60%遮光与对照有显著性差异,夏秋两季差别不甚明显;咖啡碱含量各遮光组也高于对照组,秋季含量略低于夏季。因此,在80%遮光处理下,梅占茶树能够获得最适宜生长的光强,从而提高其夏秋季的品质与产量。 Tea plants Meizhan was treated with different shading nets in summer and autumn to determine its biochemical components.The aim is to find out the most suitable light intensity for Meizhan growth in summer and autumn.The results showed that shading was beneficial to the accumulation of free amino acids in tea plants,and increased with the increasing of shading rate.The accumulation of amino acids in 80%shading rate reached 2.39% in summer and 2.42% in autumn.The content of tea polyphenols in shading groups was lower than that in control group,and there was significant difference between 80%shading and 60%shading in summer and autumn,without significant difference between two seasons.The caffeine content in shading groups was higher than that in control,and the content in autumn was slightly lower than that in summer.In conclusion,under 80% shading treatment,Meizhan tea plant can obtain the most suitable light intensity for growth under 80%shading,thus improving the quality in summer and autumn.
